• Testimonials / Reviews: if you submit a review through our "Write a Review" form, we collect your name, rating, and review text. Submitted reviews are checked by our team before being published publicly on the site.
• Admin Access: our internal team logs into a password-protected admin panel to manage inquiries and testimonials. This login is for our staff only and is not used to collect data from site visitors.

We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking/marketing pixels on this site. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy before any such tool goes live.

Some of these providers may process or store data on servers located outside India. We only work with providers that maintain industry-standard security and privacy practices.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including Firebase security rules that restrict who can read or write data, and Firebase App Check to help block automated/bot submissions to our forms. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

This website uses a service worker to cache certain pages and assets in your browser, so parts of the site can load faster or work while offline. This caching happens locally in your browser and is not used to track you across other websites.

We keep inquiry and contact-form information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain our business records. Published testimonials remain visible on the site until you request their removal.
